Recovery week.

I cannot believe that day 60 is only a week away. Which means…

I am damn near finished phase two of p90x.

I hate recovery week. I’ve fallen so in love with weight training that not lifting at all this week just seems so…wrong. I knocked out a quick 3 miles on the treadmill this morning and plan on doing some yoga this evening if I can fit it in. 

I really want to step up my game in phase 3. Cut out all the cheat meals and junk, but it’ll be difficult due to some traveling and vacationing that we’re doing in the next two months.

Urrrgghh..
tough couple of days..
Super busy, lady time, carrying around 4 extra pounds of water weight..yuck.
Still bringing it early in the AM…though that piece of chocolate cream pie that I had last night probably defeated my efforts this morning. Oyyy.

I had legs and back again today.
I’m PMSing and my workout definitely suffered because of it. (Eff you, uterus.)
Hopefully I can make up for it this evening during my run.

Day 39
Back and bicep day. And ab-ripper too.
I’m seeing results.
And I’m ecstatic about them.
I never reached for anything lower than an 8 pound weight this morning and I even pulled twenties for a few back exercises.
I can feel myself getting stronger and that makes me happier than any number on the scale.
