I am damn near finished phase two of p90x.
I hate recovery week. I’ve fallen so in love with weight training that not lifting at all this week just seems so…wrong. I knocked out a quick 3 miles on the treadmill this morning and plan on doing some yoga this evening if I can fit it in.
I really want to step up my game in phase 3. Cut out all the cheat meals and junk, but it’ll be difficult due to some traveling and vacationing that we’re doing in the next two months.
